Valet Operations Attendant Location:
Memorial Regional Hospital - Hollywood, FL Fusion Parking is seeking a professional and service-focused Operations Attendant to support daily valet operations and enhance the experience of patients, visitors, and staff at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. This position provides flexible operational support across the valet area, including guest assistance, vehicle flow, ticketing, key handling, staging, and other duties needed to keep the operation safe, organized, and efficient. Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner and provide assistance throughout the valet process. Support vehicle intake, ticketing, key handling, staging, retrieval, and other assigned valet functions based on operational needs. Assist with traffic flow in the porte cochere and help maintain clear, safe vehicle and pedestrian pathways. Use valet software, handheld devices, radios, or other operating tools accurately when assigned. Coordinate with Porte Coordinators, Parking Attendants, and Supervisors to maintain efficient vehicle movement and minimize guest wait times. Help keep the valet work area, equipment, key-control areas, and guest-facing spaces neat and organized. Follow all safety, security, customer-service, and hospital-site procedures. Immediately report accidents, damage, lost items, key discrepancies, guest concerns, or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor. Qualifications Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment. Comfort learning valet software, handheld devices, radios, and electronic ticketing systems. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light physical duties throughout the shift. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when driving duties are assigned. Preferred Skills Prior experience in valet operations, parking, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service. Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to perform multiple valet functions and adjust quickly to changing operational needs.
