Duties Welcome guests with friendly, professional service as they arrive and depart during overnight shifts Conduct thorough audits of parked vehicles, verifying vehicle details against records to ensure accuracy Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and issuing receipts Monitor parking areas to ensure safety, security, and proper vehicle placement in parking garage Maintain detailed logs of all vehicle movements, guest interactions, and audit activities throughout your shift Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address questions or concerns promptly Skills Exceptional guest service skills with a welcoming attitude and strong communication abilities Experience in hospitality, guest services, dealership operations, or as a delivery driver is highly valued Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests confidently Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and professionalism This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while ensuring operational integrity.
