Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest service with a positive attitude. Safely operate standard passenger cars, including manual transmission vehicles, in various outdoor conditions. Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and dealership or facility guidelines. Assist guests with their luggage or belongings when necessary, demonstrating hospitality and helpfulness. Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or valet services, maintaining proper cashiering procedures. Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operations. Perform outdoor work tasks such as heavy lifting of luggage or equipment when required, maintaining safety at all times. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars is essential. Previous valet parking or dealership experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key. Strong customer service and communication skills to engage positively with diverse guests. Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Experience handling cash transactions and familiarity with retail math or cashiering procedures. Knowledge of automotive service operations or dealership environments is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
