Drum Hill Autos is looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Lot Manager/Inventory Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day movement and organization of our 100+ inventory. This is an important position. We need someone who takes ownership, stays organized, notices problems before they become problems, and can keep a busy dealership running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Organizing and maintaining a large vehicle inventory Moving vehicles throughout the dealership and lot Keeping vehicles parked and displayed properly Coordinating vehicles parked and displayed properly Coordinating vehicles going to detail, service, inspection, photography, and delivery Managing keys and vehicle locations Making sure vehicles are fueled and ready for customers Maintaining an organized, clean, professional lot Assisting with vehicle deliveries and customer needs Keeping track of incoming and outgoing vehicles Working closely with sales, service, detail, and management Handling day to day lot issues without needing to be constantly supervised The person we are looking for: Extremely reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated Comfortable working outside in all weather Able to move and organize multiple vehicles throughout the day Good communication skill Valid driver's license and good driving record Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (automatic/manual) Previous dealership, automotive, rental car, detail, or fleet experience is a plus Must be willing to work part of a team This is Not a "sit around and move a few cars" position. We need someone who wants to take ownership of the lot and become an important part of our operation.
