As one of the leading automotive retailers in Arizona and Nevada, we take pride in our strong team culture and commitment to excellence. Our Chapman Chrysler Jeep location in Henderson is currently seeking a Lot Porter to join our dealership. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dealership lot while supporting the sales team with vehicle readiness and lot organization. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Park and arrange vehicles according to dealership display standards Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interiors, exteriors, and dealership lot areas Prepare vehicles for test drives by fueling, checking fluids, and replacing batteries as needed Manage vehicle keys and maintain accurate key organization and accountability Install key tags, buyer guides, and stock tags on vehicles Assist the sales and service departments with dealership support tasks as needed Qualifications Previous lot porter or related experience preferred, but not required Strong organization skills and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors and standing or walking for extended periods Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation & Perks
