OUTSIDE SERVICES STAFF MEMBER

• Carts/Greeter Position $12.

Reports To:

Head Golf Professional/Assistant General Manager General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

• Proven track record of exceptional Customer Service skills required
• Responsible to continually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controls.

Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and controlling use of cart fleet. Responsible for maintaining order in practice facilities. Greet and engage guests any time they are in the clubhouse area. Assist with customer service duties such as helping guests navigate around the clubhouse and various facilities on property. Assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may present. Wiping down guests golf clubs upon completion of their round. Ensure all outside areas are cleaned and maintained. Assist other departments as needed.

Experience / Education

/ Certification Requirements High School education or its equivalent. Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language. Must have a current valid Nevada driver's license Must be 18+ years or older to apply Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures. Must be able to be outside for an 8 hour period. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Repetitive motion and continuous moving. Must be able to operate a golf cart in a safe manner. Normal vision and hearing required.
