Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, delivering top-tier guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and light delivery vehicles within parking areas Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently while ensuring the safety of guests' property and surroundings Assist guests with directions, answer questions about parking procedures, and provide helpful information about the facility Handle cash transactions accurately when processing parking fees or tips, maintaining proper cashiering procedures Perform light outdoor work including heavy lifting of parking cones, signage, or equipment as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot area to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions preferred Strong guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Experience in hospitality, dealership operations, or automotive service is advantageous Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity required for outdoor setup or maintenance tasks Proven cash handling skills with retail math proficiency; experience processing cash transactions accurately Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse guest base Prior experience as a delivery driver or in retail cashiering enhances your suitability for this role Join us as a Valet Parking Attendant and become an integral part of creating positive experiences for our guests!
