Job Description

Responsible for attending home volleyball, football, basketball, and external events, while working as an Event Attendant. Employees are expected to provide a safe, customer friendly environment.

ATTEND ALL SCHEDULED FALCON FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, AND VOLLEYBALL GAMES AND EXTERNAL EVENTS
Note:
These events will take place during the week as well as on weekends. Evening and weekend availability is required. Monitor actions of all patrons to enforce rules and safety protocol. Provide first-class quality customer service. Allow or disallow access into the seating areas based on tickets and credentials. Help guests locate their assigned seats and report any ticketing problems to a supervisor. Provide guests with directions or other venue information. Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner. Attend scheduled meetings. Assist with building conversions - daily and for special events. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Attend most, if not all, scheduled Falcon football, volleyball, basketball, and external events. As a parking attendant, greet all vehicles at parking lot entrances. Verify parking permits or take parking money for vehicles without permits. Direct cars to appropriate parking locations. Money counting and making appropriate change in fast-paced environment. Availability for most Falcon football, volleyball, basketball, and external events.
Note:
These events will take place during the week and on weekends. Evening and weekend availability is required. Able to work in all safe weather conditions. Ability to maintain a pleasant and mannerly demeanor when speaking with customers. Ability to handle and respond to all customer complaints. Previous money handling and cash counting experience. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Responsible, dependable, works well with others, and enthusiastic. High level of interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate on two-way radios. Ability to lift 30 lbs.
