• Full-time Outside Operations Attendant Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Outside Operations Attendant to support daily golf operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our golf cart fleet, practice facilities, and overall outside operations. Key Responsibilities Complete daily opening and closing duties in accordance with established checklists Maintain a fully stocked valet station with clean, ready-to-use golf carts Follow all golf cart cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure quality and consistency Manage Toptracer Range operations, including: Picking and cleaning golf balls Ensuring the Pro Shop maintains a supply of range balls Keep the cart barn and surrounding areas clean, organized, and presentable Deliver golf carts and scooters to the course as needed Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating and responding to guest and member needs Assist Valet, Starter, and Toptracer Range Attendant staff as needed Maintain clear, professional communication with inside staff and team members Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays What We Offer A dynamic and team-focused work environment Opportunities to grow within golf operations Access to golf facility amenities
