Position Summary The Overnight Valet Attendant/Driver is responsible for providing courteous, professional, and efficient valet services to hotel guests by greeting arriving and departing guests, safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, maintaining the front drive and parking areas, and assisting guests with directions and general hotel information. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle and key records, protecting guest vehicles and property, responding to guest requests, and providing a welcoming first and last impression of the hotel. The Valet Attendant/Driver may also assist with Bell Services and Trolley Driver duties as operationally needed and must maintain a professional, safety-focused, and service-oriented presence at all times. Must be available to work over night hours daily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, hotel policies, procedures, and safety requirements. 2. Provide the highest possible standard of guest service by listening and responding to guest concerns, questions, and requests in a courteous and attentive manner. 3. Promote complete guest satisfaction through professional, efficient, and personalized valet and front-services assistance. 4. Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and professional manner. 5. Safely receive, park, retrieve, and deliver guest vehicles in accordance with established valet procedures and safety standards. 6. Maintain the front drive, valet area, and assigned parking areas in a clean, organized, safe, and orderly condition. 7. Direct motorists to appropriate parking areas or spaces using hand signals, flashlights, signage, or other approved methods as necessary. 8. Monitor assigned parking areas and remain alert to potential vehicle damage, theft, suspicious activity, hazards, or other security concerns. 9. Receive numbered vehicle tags from guests, accurately locate assigned vehicles, and retrieve and deliver vehicles promptly. 10. Provide guests with clear instructions and assistance when they are locating their vehicles or navigating the hotel property. 11. Lift, position, and remove barricades or other approved equipment used to open or close designated parking areas. 12. Maintain a working knowledge of the hotel layout and be able to provide accurate directions to guestrooms, restaurants, meeting areas, pool, parking areas, and other hotel facilities. 13. Provide guests with general information necessary to enjoy their stay and respond appropriately to questions regarding hotel services and amenities. 14. Provide directions and general information regarding local attractions, restaurants, points of interest, transportation options, and other guest needs. 15. Make appropriate recommendations regarding local restaurants, points of interest, transportation, and other services based on available hotel-approved information. 16. Follow up on guest requests, questions, concerns, and service issues and communicate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor. 17. Utilize the designated parking application or system to accurately inventory, track, and maintain vehicle counts. 18. Ensure the security and proper handling of guest vehicles, vehicle keys, parking equipment, and hotel property. 19. Securely store, log, and maintain accountability for all guest vehicle keys in accordance with established procedures. 20. Verify that all guest vehicle keys are properly accounted for and secured at the end of each shift. 21. Complete required end-of-shift reports, including vehicle counts, incidents, key counts, discrepancies, and other assigned information. 22. Report vehicle damage, accidents, lost keys, security concerns, guest incidents, or other unusual occurrences immediately through the appropriate chain of command. 23. Maintain a clean, neat, and professional personal appearance and work area. 24. Assist with Bell Services duties as operationally needed. 25. Participate in cross-training and assist with Trolley Driver duties as operationally needed and when properly authorized. 26. Assist with training and orientation of new team members as assigned. 27. Work the overnight shift including weekends, holidays, and other hours as required to support business needs. 28. Maintain the security and confidentiality of information entrusted to the position. 29. Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and established guest service standards. 30. Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned. 31. Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED
This position does not have regular supervisory responsibilities. The Valet Attendant/Driver works under the direction of the Valet and Bellhop Supervisor and is expected to perform assigned duties independently while following established procedures and service standards.
Education and Experience Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
Valid state-issued driver's license. Clean or acceptable driving record as determined by Company requirements. Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience. Ability to safely operate and maneuver a variety of passenger vehicles. Ability to follow vehicle-handling, parking, key-control, and safety procedures. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous hotel, hospitality, valet, Bell Services, transportation, or customer-service experience. Previous experience operating valet or parking-management systems. Experience working in a high-volume guest-service environment. Experience providing directions or information regarding local attractions, restaurants, transportation, or points of interest. Spanish or other language skills.

Physical Requirements The physical requirements described below are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of the position. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, run short distances, push, pull, bend, stoop, reach with hands and arms, and talk and listen for extended periods. The team member must be able to move quickly between the hotel entrance, valet area, and designated parking areas, including distances of approximately one block when required. The team member must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods while monitoring vehicles, parking areas, guest activity, traffic, and surrounding conditions. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception to safely operate vehicles and monitor parking and pedestrian areas. The team member must be able to communicate effectively in person and using telecommunications equipment. The team member must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate passenger vehicles, keyboards, touch-screen displays, telephones, calculators, parking systems, and other equipment required by the position. The team member must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 30 pounds . The team member must be able to safely enter and exit various passenger vehicles and assist with loading or moving approved valet equipment as required. Work Environment The position is primarily performed outdoors in the hotel front drive, valet area, parking areas, and surrounding property, with periodic work inside the hotel. The team member may be required to walk or run between the hotel entrance and designated parking areas, including distances of approximately one block. The team member may be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, humidity, wind, rain, and other weather conditions while performing outdoor duties. The position requires frequent walking and standing and frequent contact with guests, visitors, team members, vendors, and the general public. The team member may be exposed to varying noise levels from vehicle traffic, hotel operations, weather, and surrounding activities. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other schedules based on business needs. The team member must be able to perform assigned duties under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor during busy periods or challenging situations. The team member may encounter difficult or upset guests and must respond professionally, use appropriate de-escalation techniques within training, and request supervisory assistance when necessary. The team member may be exposed to sunlight, vehicle headlights, artificial lighting, flashing lights, and other varying lighting conditions. The team member may be exposed to vehicle exhaust and other outdoor environmental conditions and must follow applicable safety procedures. Health, Safety and Conduct Requirements The team member must follow all Hotel health and safety requirements, properly use and care for assigned personal protective equipment, immediately report defective or missing equipment, and comply with applicable hygiene, exposure-control, emergency-response, security, and workplace-conduct procedures. A professional, service-focused presence is required at all times. Conditions of Employment Must be able to obtain and retain any required employment-related license or credential applicable to the position and maintain all required documentation in current and valid status. Must maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record throughout employment. Must successfully complete any required background check or driving-record review applicable to the position. Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work. Must comply with the KLECH Employee Handbook, internal policies and procedures, safety requirements, and other applicable rules and regulations. As a tipped position, the team member may be required to participate in the Company's applicable tip reporting program and comply with all applicable tip-reporting requirements.
