In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service team, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles within the dealership's service area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for guests while maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our service lot. Duties Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles, into designated parking areas Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, providing friendly and professional guest services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lot, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep Support the service team by delivering vehicles to the appropriate service bays or designated areas promptly Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operations Follow all safety protocols related to driving, parking, and vehicle handling to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests Transport customers to and from dealership in service courtesy shuttle as needed and requested by shuttle coordinator. Must be bilingual Capable of being in all weather conditions and standing for a long period of time. Must have valid Drivers License Experience Prior experience in dealership or retail environments is preferred, especially with service or delivery roles Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Summary As a Porter, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer support and enhancing client services within our organization. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role involves receiving guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
