Located at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield, the Service Drive Support Associate is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, performing walk arounds, and assisting service advisors. Greet incoming guests and continue to provide best-in-class customer service to customers and employees alike. Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Moving cars in and out of the building Perform vehicle walk arounds in the service drive. Vacuum, wash windows, and a variety of supporting tasks Provide various support as it pertains to the store.Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent Customer Service experience required. Computer and administrative experience are preferred. Attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude is a must. Valid driver's license required Professional demeanor and work ethic.
