Job Description

Job Overview The Lot Attendant is responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering powersports vehicles to and from Service Technicians and customers. This position also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds and supports general dealership operations. Essential Functions Transport of on and off-road vehicles to technicians as needed. Help customers load and unload vehicles and parts as requested. Effectively manage and stage all parked vehicles in the lot for optimal organization and display. Perform local pickups and deliveries of vehicles, parts, and supplies as needed. Keep the parking lot, outdoor facilities, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Mow the lawn and perform basic landscaping duties to maintain the appearance of the property. Treat customers with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices. Ensure a clean and safe working area. Operate safely all equipment sold by the dealership and follow all safety rules in performing work assignments. Other related duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications Required Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license. Experience with operating powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to physically maneuver boats, personal watercraft, powersports vehicles, and agricultural equipment. Ability to perform duties in an environment with chemicals, cleaning, and fuel fumes. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and to understand verbal and written instructions. Schedule Tuesday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM Saturday 9:00AM-3:00PM - Saturdays required
