Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership organized, vehicles customer-ready, and our property looking its best. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in supporting our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working around vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Paid training Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family owned and operated Long term job security Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of new and used vehicle inventory Wash and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors for display, service, and customer delivery Receive incoming vehicles, verify identifying information, and inspect for damage or other concerns Park, move, and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership according to management direction and display standards Check and maintain vehicle fluids, batteries, and other basic vehicle needs as required Install and maintain stock tags, buyer guides, key tags, and other materials Assist customers and dealership departments with vehicle transportation, errands, deliveries, and other day-to-day needs Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional appearance Ability to work independently while supporting multiple dealership departments Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screening Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods, as well as lift and carry up to 35-50 pounds when needed We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
