Position Overview The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the employer, their family members, clients, or business associates. This role involves maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, planning efficient routes, and ensuring a professional, discreet, and customer-service-oriented experience at all times. Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation & Driving Safely drive the employer to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations. Plan routes in advance to determine the most efficient trip, considering traffic, road conditions, and timing. Arrive punctually for all pickups and drop-offs. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed. Vehicle Maintenance Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times.
Perform regular inspections:
tires, fluid levels, lights, brakes, etc. Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and detailing. Keep accurate records of mileage, maintenance, tolls, and fuel expenses. Professional Conduct & Safety Drive responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters. Demonstrate professional appearance, language, and behavior at all times. Maintain calmness, discretion, and good judgment in all situations. Administrative & Support Tasks Run errands as requested (pickups, drop-offs, deliveries). Help transport luggage, packages, documents, and other materials. Communicate clearly with the employer regarding schedules, delays, or changes. Coordinate with assistants or family members on daily routing or special trips.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
