The driver will provide courtesy transportation for patients who reside within the service area of Graham Health System.

Position Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Driving of vehicles that allow for individuals with disabilities to be transported. Valid Illinois driver's license three years prior to the date of application. Within three years of date of application, you must not have been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident involving death or personal injury, drag racing, manslaughter, reckless homicide, or reckless conduct from the use of a motor vehicle.
