WHAT WE OFFER
$18.00 per hour 30 hours per week
GUARANTEED
Most drivers only work approximately 2-4 actual route hours per day but are paid for a minimum of 6 hours Typical route times are approximately 6:30-8:30 AM and 1:30-3:30 PM All routes are finished no later than 4:30 PM Opportunities for additional hours when available All new Van Drivers begin as Standby Drivers and report to our office for their scheduled shifts. Once assigned a permanent route, you will be assigned a company van to take home , allowing you to start and end your route from home. A company fuel card is also provided.
A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU
We are one of the few transportation companies that guarantees our drivers a minimum of 6 paid hours per day / 30 hours per week. Some routes have more hours, but 30 hours per week is your guaranteed minimum. The split schedule gives you several hours in the middle of the day to run errands, schedule appointments, take care of family responsibilities, or simply enjoy your free time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Safely transport students to and from school and programs in a company van Make student safety your #1 priority Complete daily vehicle inspections Keep your assigned vehicle clean and organized Follow company safety policies and procedures Communicate with Dispatch, management, and school staff
WHAT YOU NEED
Valid Minnesota Driver's License —
NO CDL REQUIRED
Good driving record Ability to pass required background check and drug screening Comfortable working with children Reliable and punctual — attendance is extremely important
