What You'll Do As a school van driver, you're more than just a driver — you're a trusted adult, a friendly face, and a daily source of stability for students.
Your job is to:
Get students to and from school safely and on time Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directionsWhat You Bring:
