Schedule/Hours:
Orientation held weekly Full-time, variable 12-hour shifts
Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience required BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Willingness to adapt to new environments and procedures
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition promptly and accurately Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans Utilize advanced medical equipment and digital documentation systems Ensure precise medication administration and adherence to infection control practices
