Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Arizona (or eligibility for compact licensure) Previous clinical experience in a hospital or Acute Rehab Unit preferred Excellent patient assessment and therapy planning skills Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills

Evaluate, plan, and conduct therapy sessions for a diverse patient population Collaborate with medical professionals to create individualized treatment goals Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards Deliver compassionate care that supports optimal rehabilitation Actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
