Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Set in the charming community of King George, VA, this travel assignment offers more than just a rewarding professional challenge—it provides a chance to experience a unique region with a rich history, picturesque landscapes, and access to scenic outdoor activities. As a vital Imaging-CT team member, you'll gain hands-on practice with state-of-the-art GE & Siemens technology. Exposure to a broad spectrum of cases, including advanced cardiac imaging (TAVR, CCTA, Cardiac Screening) and complex Abd/Pelvis, chest, and head scans, ensures constant professional growth and learning.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:30 am-7:00 pm Rotating Saturdays (day off during the week if working Saturday) No on-call required Guaranteed hours
Required Qualifications:
Active Virginia license (permanent; temp licenses not accepted) ARRT and ARRT Advanced Certification BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of CT experience Skills in IV starts, phlebotomy, PACS, and contrast administration Comfortable with all patient age groups
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for CT procedures by confirming orders, obtaining medical histories, and verifying identity Perform a wide range of CT exams efficiently and competently Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education and annual skills assessments Uphold departmental protocols and standards to ensure excellent patient outcomes
