ASAP Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee all aspects of inpatient hospital pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Lead, mentor, and develop a large pharmacy team to foster high performance and collaboration Manage pharmacy budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration to optimize medication use and patient safety Implement and maintain pharmacy procedures, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in hospital pharmacy management and 3 to 5 years of overall hospital pharmacy experience Proven leadership skills with experience managing large pharmacy teams Strong budget management and financial oversight capabilities Active pharmacist license in Tennessee required PharmD or BS in Pharmacy credential required Availability to work on site Monday through Friday without exception Experienced traveling pharmacy director or interim pharmacy leader who can quickly assess and address organizational needs Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments This role presents an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy director seeking a meaningful leadership assignment in a well-established community hospital environment.
