Travel contract Variable shifts, may include nights and weekends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (or equivalent education/experience) Five years of technical nursing experience preferred Supervisory skills or leadership experience required Current and valid RN licensure in California AHA or ARC BLS certification required AHA or ARC ACLS and PALS certifications required Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred Master's degree in Nursing preferred

Duties:

Deliver unit-based leadership and supervise nursing/ancillary personnel Direct activities to assure high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered care Coordinate care planning, interventions, and discharge processes Participate in rounds, engage with patients and families, and foster a culturally sensitive environment Analyze staffing needs and manage assignments, schedules, and performance evaluations Assist with department safety, cleanliness, compliance, and incident reporting Participate in staff training, performance improvement, and policy development
