Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Advance your career in a dynamic medical imaging environment by contributing your MRI expertise to a progressive healthcare team. Join a 295-bed acute care facility serving an 11-county region with a full spectrum of medical specialties, including advanced cardiac care and an acclaimed Spine Center. This facility is recognized as the largest private employer in the area, with a robust staff of over 1,200 healthcare professionals and support personnel.
Schedule & Assignment Details:
Contract position Orientation starts weekly on Mondays Travel candidates must reside at least 60 miles away to qualify
What You'll Bring:
Proficiency in MRI imaging and related technologies Active and up-to-date MRI certification(s) as required (all certifications must be obtained before start) Flexibility to meet facility- or program-specific credential requirements per the latest standards Experience within acute care or comparable hospital settings is highly desired Commitment to safety, patient-centered care, and participating in a collaborative team
Core Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols Ensure patient comfort and safety while providing clear instructions and answering questions throughout the procedure Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and medical staff for efficient and accurate workflows Maintain up-to-date imaging documentation and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards Adapt to new technologies, advancements in imaging, and specialized hospital initiatives
