Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Advance your medical imaging career in a dynamic acute care setting delivering high-quality MRI services as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a well-regarded, state-of-the-art environment serving an extensive patient base and working alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Key Details:
Weekly orientation held on Mondays 295-bed facility serving an 11-county area Advanced programs in cardiac care, neurosurgery, and a
Spine Center of Excellence Schedule/Hours:
Full-time contract hours; specific shift details provided during the interview process
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven skills and clinical experience in Imaging, specifically MRI Required certifications must be current and completed before your start date; please refer to the latest clinical checklists Professionalism in delivering patient-centered imaging care Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team Flexibility to adapt to technology updates and procedural changes Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
Role Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans adhering to departmental safety, quality, and protocol standards Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring thorough explanations and comfort throughout the process Support radiologists and referring physicians by obtaining accurate and timely diagnostic images Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed Strictly comply with infection control and patient confidentiality policies Benefits of this
