Key Qualifications:
Valid and current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT N or NMTCB) Proven experience in Nuclear Medicine within an acute care or hospital setting Comprehensive knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals, imaging procedures, and patient safety protocols Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable communication style, suited to a collaborative clinical environment Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment for nuclear medicine procedures and diagnostic studies Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with best practices and regulations Consult with physicians to clarify orders and ensure optimal patient care Educate patients about the imaging process, maintaining comfort and safety throughout Follow all safety guidelines and infection control measures diligently
