Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Patient documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.
