Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Tacoma, WA, at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Patient documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.
