Active New Mexico PTA State License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments preferred; SNF clinical experience required for new graduates. Familiarity with Net Health / Rehab Optima documentation systems preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations typical for long-term care settings (client notes indicate ~90% productivity expectation). Must be able to provide a resume for credentialing and possible COVID exemption considerations.

Candidate may be considered for COVID exemption documentation when supported by submitted resume.
