Truck Dispatcher/ Office Help

Responsibilities include Help dispatch 20 Trucks (sometimes more) going to port Greeting everybody that walks in the office in a kind manner. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person Help set the schedule for production based on port availability Troubleshoot problems at the port Check vessel schedules and update our system based on that information. Create appointments for trucks going to port. Use computer to scale trucks in and out Pay will be based on experience, skill and willingness to learn new tasks as they are handed to you.
