Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating with attorneys and various departments to initiate trust account disbursements accurately and in a timely manner. Ensuring that client trust accounting practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Managing accurate records of trust transactions and providing regular updates to attorneys. Responding to inquiries from lawyers, staff, and clients regarding trust account transactions and balances. Implementing trust accounting controls. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work overtime as necessary.Experience:
2+ years of experience in trust accounting, preferably in a law firm environment. Knowledge of trust accounting rules and principles. University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience with Aderant Expert.Similar remote jobs
