Altura Talent Agency is recruiting an independent Texas-authorized marriage officiant on behalf of Ever After for one TDCJ marriage assignment at Memorial Unit in Rosharon, Texas. The ceremony is planned for January 20, 2027, subject to final confirmation by Memorial Unit. Assignment Perform one in-person marriage ceremony at TDCJ Memorial Unit Ceremony itself is limited by TDCJ to a maximum of 30 minutes Complete and sign the Texas marriage license accurately Follow Memorial Unit/TDCJ entry and ceremony procedures Complete required TDCJ officiant approval documentation if not already approved Communicate promptly with Ever After regarding approval and scheduling Required Legally authorized to perform marriages in Texas Valid government-issued photo ID Documentation proving current authority to officiate Eligible and willing to enter a TDCJ facility Reliable transportation to Rosharon Available January 20, subject to the facility's assigned time Preferred Current TDCJ officiant approval Previous TDCJ, jail, prison, or correctional-facility wedding experience Houston/Rosharon-area based Compensation $75-$100 flat per completed assignment, including local travel to Memorial Unit. Final rate is confirmed before acceptance. This is a single independent-contractor assignment recruited by Altura Talent Agency on behalf of Ever After. The contractor may accept or decline the assignment; no guaranteed hours or future work are promised.
