Job Summary UG Tea Bellevue is hiring Baristas / Team Members to join our team! We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages following UG Tea standards Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Take orders accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and lobby Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Complete opening and closing duties Support team members during busy hours Qualifications Previous food service or barista experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Flexible scheduling available Typical shifts: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tips Biweekly pay via direct deposit Employee perks: 10% employee discount (off-duty) Growth opportunities within the company Requirements Must arrive on time and follow dress code (uniform, black pants, non-slip shoes) Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers Follow all company policies and procedures Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
