Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and energetic Unloader to join our dynamic warehouse team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading incoming cabinet shipments, ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly, supporting timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, develop warehouse skills, and contribute to a fast-paced distribution operation. Duties Unload trucks using equipment such as electric pallet jacks and pallet jacks. Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement accurately Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of goods in accordance with safety standards and warehouse procedures Conduct heavy lifting of goods and materials while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines Support receiving processes by verifying outbound shipments Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize unloading operations and maintain efficiency Experience Prior warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving experience preferred Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as electric pallet jacks Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols including OSHA standards Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory control Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Qualifications Positive, can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter and able to work both independently and as a team member High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years Unloading freight Physical stamina to lift heavy items (often 50-75+ lbs) Certification or experience operating electric pallet jacks, and manual dollies.
