Job Grade 2 Job Tier 1 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor No Job Qualifications Completion of high school or the equivalent. Experience or training in designing, drawing, and assembling sales promotion merchandise displays, knowledge of computer creative software is preferred. Must have valid motor vehicle operator's license. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTING VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS AT ALL RETAIL, FOOD, AND SERVICES,TO ENHANCE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, DRIVE SALES, AND ENSURE BRAND AND OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE. THIS POSITION SUPPORTS STORE LEADERSHIP BY MAINTAINING MERCHANDISING INTEGRITY, SIGNAGE, ACCURACY, AND FIXTURE PRESENTATION IN ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY GUIDELINES. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MON-FRI, BETWEEN 0900-1700, AND SOME SATURDAYS FOR THE POSITION. COMPLETION OF HIGH SCHOOL OR THE EQUIVALENT. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING IN THE DESIGN/DRAWING/ASSEMBLING SALES PROMOTION/MERCHANDISE DISPLAYS. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE SOFTWARE. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS' LICENSE.
