Waiter/Server

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, food and beverage knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment . Prior experience can be beneficial but no previous experience necessary. As a server you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving Assist with setting up tables, bussing, and resetting tables as needed to maintain smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with food handling, sanitation, food safety protocols, and basic math Knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation, upselling techniques, and sales strategies will be advantageous Prior host/hostess or bussing experience can be beneficial for team collaboration and guest engagement Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing memorable dining experiences.
