Warehouse Associate - I

Warehouse Associate Transaero Inc., an established international aerospace company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I with 2-4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, to support daily warehouse operations including picking/packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Experience with Government packaging requirements is a plus. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments by box count and contents Review packing slips and certificates of conformance against received materials Pick inventory items based on stock withdrawals or management requests Properly label, package, and prepare items for shipment Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse workspaces and storage areas Inspect materials for physical or cosmetic damage and report discrepancies Complete material discrepancy reports and coordinate corrective actions with purchasing Receive purchase orders on the system and assign warehouse locations Ensure inventory is accurately stocked and available for order fulfillment Verify picked items for billing accuracy Review shipping parameters and calculate freight charges as needed Generate shipping labels with correct addresses and shipping methods Assist with Government Packaging and Export Compliance requirements when necessary Qualifications 2-4 years of warehouse experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Basic computer proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred Reliable work history with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
