This is a performance-driven position where motivated employees can significantly increase their earnings through weekly production bonuses. Many of our top technicians regularly earn weekly bonuses.

Bonus structure example:

Any repair done over 225 repairs weekly will receive a $2.75 bonus per repair.

EXAMPLE:

300 repairs in a week will be 75 bonus cart x $2.75 equaling $206.25 weekly bonus for that week on top of hourly pay.
