Full-time | Warehouse Operations Leadership Role with Weekly Performance Bonuses ProFleet Industrial Services is hiring a Warehouse Lead Technician / Supervisor to oversee cart repair operations at our warehouse location in Kernersville, NC. This role is responsible for leading a team of repair technicians, maintaining productivity standards, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating daily workflow to ensure the operation runs efficiently. The Lead Technician plays a critical role in driving team performance and maintaining high repair output, while working closely with company leadership and on-site representatives. This position offers a $62,000 annual salary plus weekly performance bonuses based on team productivity.

Base Salary:

$62,000 per year Quarterly Supervisor Performance Bonus of $1250 (Based on Team Output) More will be explained on how the bonus works in the interview. All bonuses are paid Quarterly and are tied directly to the team's repair productivity.
