In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Duties Oversee all warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods Manage inventory levels through effective inventory management practices and control measures Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence as well as train any new hires Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and accuracy across warehouse operations Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and inventory locations Oversee CDL drivers and daily deliveries to customers as well as scheduled LTL trucks for outbound and inbound shipments, Coordinating truck deliveries into our warehouse, unloading in an efficient and safe manner Ensuring smooth picking/correct shipping of axles, staging and coordinating the shipping of axles to final customer destination Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Supervise materials handling equipment operation, including forklifts, with proper certification adherence Ensure accurate order picking process and ensure quality check final step accuracy Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions as needed Reviewing employee timecards for accuracy Working closely with Operations Manager to ensure a collaborative environment within the warehouse Requirements Proven 3+ years of warehouse manager experience in a warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution and receiving environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools (Microsoft D365 preferred) Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and materials handling procedures preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives Reports to Operations Manager RV axle industry knowledge a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay:

$62,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
