Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersReplenishing the 4 vending machines on siteOverseeing and implementing menu changesIdentifying opportunities to improve our food servicesListening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food servicesSupporting with the creation of new menus and creative food conceptsRepresenting DINE and maintaining a positive brand imageMonitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stockedOverseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standardsComplying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulationsOur ideal Chef will:

Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer serviceHold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalentHave experience supervising a teamHave experience in a similar Chef roleHold a Food Hygiene certificateHave a flexible approach to workingPersonality behind every plateDine provides tailored food services to 140 clients in the business and industry sector.
