Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team in Green Bay. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our mission by ensuring high standards of quality in metal fabrication and finishing processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding techniques on various materials. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute precise fabrication tasks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards. Assist in training new employees on welding techniques and safety practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a welder/fitter in a manufacturing or construction setting. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding methods. Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with fabrication processes and mechanical knowledge is preferred. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
