Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures, ductwork, piping systems, and custom metal projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and fabrication skills to bring designs to life while adhering to safety standards and industry codes. MIG, TIG, FCAW

> welding with accuracy and consistency Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment for fabrication tasks Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and finish Fabricate metal components from sheet metal, pipe threading, ductwork, and structural elements following ASME codes & standards Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly processes Execute assembly of fabricated parts according to schematics while maintaining mechanical integrity Conduct quality checks using basic math skills and schematics review to verify dimensions and weld quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during welding, cutting, machining, and assembly activities Requirements Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background involving metal fabrication Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques; experience with <
