• Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Shine cabin care is a property management and window washing company where you get to work outside around some of the most spectacular lakes and homes in the area.

We are currently looking to hire motivated individuals to join our window washing and property maintence crews. Responsibilities include washing windows on residential and commercial building, as well as providing property maintenance which includes spring/fall yard clean ups, pressure washing, lite landscaping duties, some lite construction, property repairs, hauling beach equipment/ boats, painting, etc. We strive to provide excellent and top quality service. Ability to use ladders and equipment in a safe and secure fashion, cleaning screens, spot checking windows to make sure no mistakes or defects occured well washing window, being able to work in an effective and efficient manor and ability to conduct one's self In a professional manor but with the ability to have fun and enjoy work. Experience is not needed we are willing to train. We like to buy some lunches, dinners and give out bonuses for hard and efficient work to our employees.
