Day Shift Starting Pay $17/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Recycling Associate to join our team in St Marys, WV. In this role, you will be responsible for using grinding equipment on scrap material and supporting our recycling operations to ensure efficient material processing and waste reduction.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure Safety is your #1 priority while on the premises and follow all safety rules, guidelines, and procedures while performing all job tasksSort window plant cutoffs by color, inspecting for non-grindable contaminatesSort lineal scrap materialsAssist with preventative maintenance of grinding equipmentOperate fork truck as neededOperate pallet jack as neededLoad and unload scrap trailersMaintain inventory systems accuracy (including basic math and data entry)Adhere to all SimEx Housekeeping standardsBe a contributing member of your crewAssist other SimEx departments when neededComplete any other tasks assigned by your SupervisorShift is currently Mon-Fri 6a - 2:30p, this is subject to change and could become a 2-2-3 schedule working 12 hour shifts.
