Urgent Care X-Ray Tech (XRT) / Medical Assistant (MA) | Up to $34/hr., Full-Time Employed/Permanent in Orange, CA / Anaheim area

POSITION SUMMARY - URGENT CARE XRT / MA

This role supports busy UC locations by performing diagnostic X-ray imaging, EKGs, and clinical medical assistant duties. Full-time requires just three shifts per week, with all shifts 12 hours in length, 8 AM - 8 PM! ____________________________________________________________________________________

RESPONSIBILITIES OF XRT/MA

Perform routine diagnostic X-ray studies using digital radiography equipment. Execute full MA responsibilities, including vitals, EKG, venipuncture, phlebotomy procedures, and assist providers with minor urgent care procedures. ____________________________________________________________________________________

SCHEDULE & OVERTIME FOR X-RAY TECH / MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Full-time shifts = just 3 shifts per week. Consistent overtime availability for increased earning potential ____________________________________________________________________________________

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF X-RAY XRT TECH / MEDICAL ASSISTANT

(MA): Active California X-Ray Technician (XRT) permit (CDPH) is

REQUIRED.

Medical Assistant vocational certificate (MA) , and currently Certified Medical Assistant . CPT I Phlebotomy certification (phlebotomy / venipuncture) and able to perform EKG, venipuncture, blood draws, IM injections, etc. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Questions?
