Monday•Friday, 8 a.m.•5 p.m. Summary The Department of Radiology is seeking a Senior Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day administrative and business operations. This position provides high-level executive administrative support to the Department Chair and delivers human resources support in collaboration with the Department Administrator. The role also tracks and coordinates projects to ensure timely support of faculty and staff-related activities. Job Duties Provides administrative support to departmental leadership, faculty, staff, and institutional partners to support daily operations. Manages calendar and related activities for Department Chairman. Serves as liaison who works closely with College stakeholders related to human resources. Performs and oversees the daily operations related to human resources and compliance for the Department of Radiology, including but not limited to hiring, terminations, salary, and disciplinary actions. Collaborates with key department and College stakeholders to maximize business operations through effective and timely communication. Creates and documents standard operational processes for recurring tasks related to human resources. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Four years of relevant experience.
