Job Description

Engineering Administrative Coordinator This role will be on-site daily at one of our production facilities. Fernley, NV or Waco, TX are the target locations. Candidate must live within reasonable commuting distance to one of those locations. Only candidates local to these locations will be considered at this time.
Position Summary:
Administrative support and coordination of activities for the Engineering department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer all Capital Expense (CAPEX) policies & procedures to ensure compliance Cost accounting for CAPEX project expenditures: managing purchasing related activity associated with CAPEX expenditures involving generation of purchasing requisitions, and issuing of purchase orders to vendors based upon management approval reconciliation of Purchase Orders against received invoicing Vendor related follow-up on Purchase Orders Vendor related follow-up on Purchase Orders Generation of reporting for CAPEX project spend Requirements for role: 5+ years' proven experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing setting preferred Fluency with administrative software: MS 365, Outlook and Teams. Strong Excel skills required. Requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record Experience in Accounting, Purchasing/Procurement highly preferred Experience processing and reconciling Purchase Orders is highly preferred Supporting Engineering, Accounting or Project Management departments a strong plus This role will be on-site daily at one of our production facilities.
