  • Manage and resolve a portfolio of delinquent commercial accounts
  • Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to secure payments and negotiate terms
  • Escalate accounts to legal or repossession when necessary
  • Perform research and skip tracing to locate customers
  • Document all account activity and prioritize based on risk and exposure Qualifications for the
