Medical Billing Follow-Up Specialist Clinic Billing Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Follow-Up Specialist to join our team. What You'll Do This is a production-based, insurance follow-up position. You'll be working claims daily — checking claim status, resolving denials, and following up with insurance carriers to get accounts paid. This role has daily productivity expectations, and consistent, accurate output is essential to success here. What We're Looking For Fast, accurate typing and data entry. This job requires quick keystrokes and comfort navigating multiple systems at once — you'll be in and out of claims all day, every day. Strong attention to detail. Small errors on claims cost time and money, so accuracy matters as much as speed. Comfort with a production-based role. You'll have a daily account quota. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently without sacrificing quality — not too slow, not so fast that mistakes pile up. Experience in medical billing or insurance follow-up preferred , but strong typing skills, computer proficiency, and a fast learner attitude will also be considered. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Employment Terms This position includes a 2-week paid introductory/trial period as an employee. Continued employment beyond that period is based on performance. Your first 2 weeks are paid at entry level $15 and will rise with production.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.94 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
