Tailored Foam, Inc. is seeking motivated Insulation Installers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction, mechanical, or general labor experience—or someone who is simply eager to learn. No previous spray foam experience is required. We will train the right candidate! As an Insulation Installer, you will learn the installation of Spray Foam Insulation, Air Barriers, and Masonry Foam Insulation while working alongside an experienced crew in residential and commercial construction environments. What You'll Do Load and unload materials and equipment from spray foam trucks Learn to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot spray foam equipment Apply spray foam insulation to exterior walls and attics Work safely in tight spaces and varying job site conditions Working from ladders and scissor lifts Follow safety procedures and project specifications Work closely with Field Directors, Operations Managers, and Project Managers Interact professionally with customers and other jobsite personnel Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Tailored Foam's quality standards Travel with your crew to jobsites throughout the state and neighboring states What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and committed to showing up ready to work Comfortable working with tools and equipment Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn Comfortable working at heights from ladders and lifts Physically capable of performing an active, hands-on job for an 8-10 hour shift Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and construction environments Professional when interacting with customers and coworkers Safety-conscious and willing to follow established procedures Requirements These are important requirements for the position: Must be 21 years of age or older due to company insurance requirements Must possess a valid, active driver's license No DUI history Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be able and willing to travel Monday through Friday Must be comfortable leaving Monday morning with your crew, traveling to jobsites in-state and neighboring states, staying overnight, and returning Friday afternoon Must be willing and physically able to work from ladders and scissor lifts No Experience? No Problem. Previous spray foam experience is a plus, but it is not required . Pay:

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you able to leave Monday mornings to travel out of state (in a company vehicle) and not return until Friday afternoons every week? Can you handle the physical demands of working on tall ladders or lifts for an 8-10 hour shift. Do you have a valid and active drivers license? Have you ever had any DUI's in your driving history?
